Group Classes Vary & Can Include:

  • Circuit Training – Get ready to sweat, burn calories, and get into great shape with a new 45 minute workout every week that will push you to your limits!
  • Bootcamp - Get a variety of workout including kickboxing, floor work, TRX, and more in this 45 minute class!
  • TRX - Try out this awesome 45 minute suspension training class that focuses on using your own bodyweight as resistance, as opposed to free-weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, ect.)!
  • Fusion - This class is designed to work all muscle groups of the body. Using a variety of fitness equipment including body bars, yoga balls, weights, and more, you will work upper body, core, and lower body. This class is all about building strength and muscle!
  • Step and Strength - Join us for 25-30 minutes of choreographed patterns using motivating music on a STEP, followed by 15-20 minutes of core strengthening with various equipment!

Group Class member drop-ins are $5 and non-member drop-ins are $10; Yoga drop-ins are $10 for everyone!
